Job summary

EY is seeking a Data and Cloud Engineering Manager (Remote) to turn data and AI capabilities into scalable, reliable production solutions across the data asset lifecycle. You will own workstreams, client interactions, budgets, and engagement economics, while guiding technical-talent development and commercial acumen.

The role requires 4+ years in Azure-based HA environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and strong cloud engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven record operating High Availability services on Azure (4+ years).
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more technical workstreams and ensure delivery quality.
• Translate requirements into architecture, pipelines and production platforms.
• Maintain daily client engagement and identify adjacent service opportunities.
• Manage budgets and engagement economics.
• Own problems from source to production handoff and monitoring.
• Design, provision, and run cloud and container platforms for production use.
• Build scalable pipelines and streaming architectures using Python/SQL on cloud platforms (Azure predominant).
• Apply GenAI/LLM capabilities where relevant.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Agile delivery and governance.
