A leading cloud service provider is seeking a Data Center Technician in Columbia County, Berwick. In this role, you'll maintain cloud infrastructure and perform hardware repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues and collaborating with diverse teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields, plus experience in computer networking and Linux operating systems. This position requires physical capability to handle equipment and may involve on-call duties and shift work.

Formación

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Responsabilidades

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
• Document and improve processes based on operational analysis.
• Help interview, train, and onboard new team members.
