MGT Impact Solutions, LLC is hiring a Practice Lead for Cloud & Data Center in the Atlanta area. You will lead the professional services team, drive cloud migrations, and oversee data center modernization projects.

The role blends hands‑on engineering with operational leadership, coaching engineers, managing workloads, and ensuring consistency with customer expectations. Strong enterprise tech experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten years of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and data center experience.
• Five years leading cloud, virtualization, infrastructure modernization, or engineering projects and teams.
• Three years of resource management, team leadership, or delivery management experience.
• Experience in Professional Services, Systems Integrator, Consulting, or VAR environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the Cloud & Data Center practice to support successful project delivery.
• Manage engineering assignments, project workload balancing, and resource scheduling across active engagements.
• Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to scope, milestones, technical standards, and quality expectations.
• Lead and mentor engineers assigned to the Cloud & Data Center practice.
• Drive adoption of implementation standards, project procedures, and operational best practices.
