Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; data engineering or computer science preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience in data architecture and data warehousing.
• Experience designing scalable data warehouses and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and industry standards (X12, ICD-10, HL7, FHIR).
• Proficiency with Snowflake and cloud data pipelines; CI/CD for data apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and support program-wide data warehouse architecture.
• Lead data warehouse projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure code quality through testing (unit/validation/regression).
• Provide technical architecture guidance for planning and estimation.
• Collaborate with teams to define requirements and testing processes.
• Model and integrate healthcare data domains with industry standards.
• Implement HIPAA-compliant governance for PHI/PII and RBAC/ABAC.
