Qualified Health is seeking a Staff / Principal Forward-Deployed Architect to lead data modernization initiatives leveraging Generative AI in healthcare. You'll own the reference architecture across Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, and work closely with a team of Senior Data Engineers.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in data engineering, client-facing roles, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering. The position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 to $250,000 along with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, data platform architecture, or solutions architecture roles.
• Hands-on production experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in regulated industries with cloud data platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-platform reference architecture for the Modern Data Platform.
• Lead technical discovery with prospective health system partners.
• Review and approve all engineering deliverables — IaC, ingestion patterns, data sharing.
