Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Sales Engineer to support and grow Tier 2 CSP business across North America. This role combines deep technical understanding of data center and GPU-based solutions with strong customer engagement and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities include driving revenue with CSP accounts, translating requirements into Lenovo architectures, and collaborating with sales, operations, and product teams to deliver technically sound proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data center, server, or infrastructure solutions in a presales or technical sales role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSP Account Executives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction across Tier 2 CSP accounts.
• Translate customer technical requirements into high-level Lenovo-based architectures.
• Prepare configurations and ensure technical readiness for pricing, quoting, and commercial proposals.
• Support customer engagements including technical discussions, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Act as a technical interface between customers and internal Lenovo teams to resolve complex requirements or escalations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and global product teams.
• Evangelize Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions portfolio and influence customer technology strategies.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with CSP customers across multiple levels of seniority.
