Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Director-level Technical Program Manager for its CSP segment in Morrisville, NC, to lead end-to-end program delivery for Tier-1 customers. You will own the product lifecycle—from engagement through mass production readiness and customer success.

Collaborate with development, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and sales to align requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong technical background in server, storage, or GPU programs preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management in compute, storage, GPU, or cloud hardware.
• Experience with Tier-1 CSP or global OEM projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for Tier-1 CSP and global OEM accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams across development, manufacturing, procurement, and sales.
• Drive milestones, risk management, and on-time, on-budget execution.
• Maintain PMO processes and governance standards.
