HX5, LLC seeks a Cloud Based Command and Control Test SME to join our team at Hurlburt Field, supporting the 605th Test and Evaluation Squadron. The role focuses on advising and assisting with T&E projects for C4ISR weapons systems.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with weapons and C2, be a U.S. citizen, and be capable of obtaining a Secret clearance; travel up to 60 days per year is expected. The position offers full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist by supporting the development and implementation of T&E projects for C4ISR weapons systems.
• Address Theater Air Control System (TACS) and other C4ISR systems such as ABMS, BCS-F and TOC-L.
• Plan, design, instrument, execute, collect data, analyze results and contribute to test reports and briefings.

HX5 is seeking a Cloud Based Command and Control Test SME to join our team at Hurlburt Field in support of the 605th Test and Evaluation Squadron.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise and assist by supporting the development and implementation of T&E projects for C4ISR weapons system.
• Theater Air Control System (TACS), and other C4ISR Systems as tasked such as:
  • Air Battle Management System (ABMS), Battle Control System-Fixed (BCS-F) and Tactical Operations Center Light (TOC-L).
• T&E activities include, but are not limited to:
  • test concept, design, and methodology development; test planning; test instrumentation; test execution and data collection; test data reduction and analysis; assist in the development of test reports and test briefings.

Experience and Other Requirements:

• Must have 5 years’ experience with weapons, command and control, surveillance, identification systems

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to date of hire.
• Must have the ability to obtain a US Top Secret/SCI SSBI within one (1) year of hire.
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 days per year.
• Work requires sporadic physical activity.
• There will be some walking, standing, bending, and carrying of radios and tactical equipment (weighing up to 35lbs and/or require 2-man lift).
