Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking a Manager, Cloud Architecture to translate the enterprise cloud and infrastructure strategy into day-to-day execution. Reporting to the Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for Azure-first, multi-cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring reliability, security, and cost governance.

As a player-coach, you will own platform health, drive automation, oversee IAM with Okta, and collaborate with network and security teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, systems or network engineering.
• Hands-on Azure expertise with cost management and governance.
• Experience with Okta and enterprise IAM/PAM programs.
• HIPAA-regulated environment knowledge and HITRUST familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud platform execution across Azure-first and multi-cloud.
• Own day-to-day Azure operations including cost governance and SLAs.
• Oversee IAM/Okta lifecycle and privileged access management.
• Drive automation and FinOps to optimize cloud spend.
• Coordinate with network and security teams for Zero Trust integration.
• Lead DR/BC, runbooks, and audit-ready HIPAA contingency planning.
