Your role in our mission

• Manage and support cloud-based infrastructure in AWS and Azure, including environment setup and maintenance.
• Deploy and support .NET-based applications in cloud environments.
• Work closely with development and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance.
• Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Five or more years of support services, project, or program experience.
• Experience working with the technology industry.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and associated services.

What you should expect in this role

This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home, considering candidates from all US locations.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.

The pay range is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, with variations depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
