Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer to scale automation across the business, building integrations, data pipelines, and supporting services that remove manual work.

You will work with C# and Angular but also touch Python and Node.js, with AI tools (RAG, LLM) where it makes sense, and own hands-on automation. This is a builder role with support and a clear path to a technical partner role, including collaboration with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of full-time full-stack development experience (C#, .NET, Python preferred).
• 3+ years building system integrations, data integrations or APIs for critical business systems.

Responsibilities

• Build automation solutions end-to-end: integrations, data pipelines, workflow automation, scripting.
• Identify automation opportunities with stakeholders, balancing AI vs traditional tools.
• Own data movement between systems, SharePoint, SQL, file shares, and downstream data freshness.
• Develop AI features with real value: prompt design, RAG pipelines, embedding, and LLM integrations.
• Collaborate with C#/.NET and Angular ERP codebase; perform feature work, fixes, and code reviews.
• Stand up and maintain containerized services on Azure and self-hosted components like vector storage.
