Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced technical lead to drive AWS infrastructure support, cloud architecture, and enterprise platform performance. You will mentor teams, coordinate with BAs, QA, and product owners, and ensure scalable, secure cloud solutions across the stack.

Responsibilities include leading Agile ceremonies, guiding DevOps practices, and delivering RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend and UX teams. Strong communication and banking domain experience are valued.

Qualifications

Experience in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies (Grooming/Planning/Standup/Demo/Retro).
Agile certifications e.g. CSM, PSM etc.
Agile Management Tools e.g. JIRA.

Responsibilities

Must to have skills:- Agile (Scrum) Ceremonies (Grooming/Planning/Standup/Demo/Retro).
CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous deployment) and associated tools (e.g. GitHub, Jenkins).
Microservices Architecture e.g exp in Cloud (Pivotal Cloud Foundry-PCF) or equivalent e.g. AWS/Azure.
Experience in managing web/mobile development and program management.
Experience in Banking Industry Responsibilities Include
Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product roadmaps.
Address bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs vs technical constraints.
Partner with multiple teams across multiple locations to ensure timely delivery.
Clarify project commitments and establish accountability.
