Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Director of Cloud AI Engineering to lead the team responsible for designing, developing, and shipping Cloud & AI-powered products and engineering platforms. You own the Cloud AI function end-to-end—people, roadmap, delivery, and architecture—across CBRE's enterprise cloud environment.

You will shape AI tooling, agentic automation, and the underlying platform while partnering with FinOps, Cloud Engineering, and business leaders to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing software or AI engineering teams.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI products at enterprise scale.
• Deep hands-on background in cloud-native software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cloud AI engineering team and manage performance.
• Define product roadmap and oversee engineering execution for AI capabilities.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable AI at CBRE enterprise scale.
• Partner with cloud, FinOps, and business leaders to align roadmaps.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and governance across systems.
