HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an Integrated Solution Lead (ISL) to drive end-to-end solutions across Cloud, Data, and AI. This senior, customer-facing role requires translating complex problems into Vision Documents, Specs, and product documents, then executing through 4-6 week sprints with COE teams and SMEs.

The ISL will own end-to-end solutioning, collaborate with Sales/Delivery/COE, and embed GenAI capabilities to differentiate offerings, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in Engineering / IT Services / Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience in Azure Cloud ecosystem across compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Good understanding of cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers, serverless).
• Exposure to AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including LLM-based solutions, copilots, or AI agents.
• Proven ability to author Vision Documents, Feature Specs, and Product Documents.
• Experience in proposal development, customer presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer-facing point during discovery and solutioning.
• Lead creation of Vision Documents, Feature Specs, and Product Documents.
• Drive structured 4-6 week innovation sprints with COE teams and SMEs.
• Own end-to-end solutioning for opportunities across Cloud, Data, and AI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and COE to shape proposals.
• Lead creation of PoVs, solution decks, and value propositions.
• Guide PoCs, pilots, and MVPs in time-boxed sprints with measurable outcomes.
