Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot an OpenStack cloud environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Administer and support OpenStack cloud infrastructure in a production environment.
• Manage Linux server administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support enterprise applications, system continuity, backup, recovery, and infrastructure reliability.
• Work with technical teams to resolve cloud, application, server, and network issues.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar infrastructure role.
• Strong hands-on experience working in an OpenStack environment.
• Strong Linux administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting servers, applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Apache Tomcat experience.
• Experience with JCampus or JPAMS.
• Previous experience supporting educational software, student information systems, or education technology platforms.
• Experience working with databases, application servers, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
