Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions and perform accounting readiness services
• Support client deliverables by providing accounting guidance and answering software‑related questions, escalating when appropriate
• Accounting process design and optimization
• Prepare documentation to ensure a smooth transition to recurring service teams
• Communicate progress, flag risks and roadblocks early, and seek clarification to maintain project momentum
• Deliver high‑quality work on time while meeting client expectations and project budgets
• Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across internal teams
• Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• Continue developing your accounting and technology expertise through ongoing learning, certifications, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture that values professional growth and work‑life balance
