Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Dallas is seeking a tech-savvy Senior Associate to support client onboarding and cloud accounting system implementations within the Value Acceleration Office (VAO) team.

You will combine accounting knowledge with project support and technology to modernize clients' financial operations, ensuring a smooth transition to recurring managed services and ongoing support. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience required; professional services experience is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, BILL.com, or Ramp a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions and perform accounting readiness services.
Support client deliverables by providing accounting guidance and answering software questions.
Accounting process design and optimization.
Prepare documentation to ensure a smooth transition to recurring service teams.
