We’re seeking a tech‑savvy Senior Associate to support client onboarding and accounting system implementations. The role combines accounting knowledge, project support, and technology to help clients modernize their operations and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions and perform accounting readiness services
• Support client deliverables by providing accounting guidance and answering software‑related questions, escalating when appropriate
• Design and optimize accounting processes
• Prepare documentation to ensure a smooth transition to recurring service teams
• Communicate progress, flag risks and roadblocks early, and seek clarification to maintain project momentum
• Deliver high‑quality work on time while meeting client expectations and project budgets
• Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across internal teams
• Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• Continue developing accounting and technology expertise through ongoing learning, certifications, and knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience required; professional services experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Commitment to delivering accurate, high‑quality work in a deadline‑driven environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and best practices
• Familiarity with project management practices preferred
• Experience with cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, BILL.com, or Ramp required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

The pay rate range for this position is $79,000 to $132,710. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
