Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, determining needs, recommending products, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports and keep backstock organized.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed with accurate pricing, signage, and cleanliness; maintain a professional, team‑oriented attitude.
