Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Production Associate to support TurnStyles donations, inspect and price items, and move merchandise from donation bay to the sales floor. You will work under the Production Manager to meet daily production targets and support sales and profitability.

The role requires the ability to test, price, and tag merchandise, assist volunteers, and maintain clean, safe processing areas in a dynamic thrift store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or thrift settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidelines to test, price, tag, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Sort, hang, and tag clothing and other items at a steady pace.
• Assist volunteers and connect them with supervisors when needed.
• Maintain safe, organized workspaces in processing areas.
• Serve as a backup on the sales floor and donation bay as needed.
• Hours may vary, including evenings and weekends.
