Job summary

Eco Prime Thrift Tulsa is seeking a Production Associate to help process donations efficiently and accurately, greet donors, provide receipts, and prepare items for sale in a fast-paced store environment. You will sort donated goods, grade and tag merchandise, and transfer sellable items to the sales floor to maintain stock levels.

The role emphasizes safety and cleanliness, adherence to PPE, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Greet donors and provide receipts.
• Know acceptable donations and politely decline unaccepted items.
• Sort items into containers following guidelines.
• Grade, hang, price, and tag merchandise for sale.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet donors and express appreciation for every donation.
• Provide donors with accurate donation receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of acceptable and non-acceptable donation items and courteously decline items that cannot be accepted.
• Sort donated items into designated containers following established sorting and grading guidelines.
• Grade, hang, price, and tag merchandise in preparation for retail sale.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals.
• Transfer sellable merchandise from the processing area to the sales floor to maintain stock levels.
• Perform floor care and general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, including PPE.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Cross-train in other store positions as needed.
