The Husband & Wife Law Team is seeking a Closing Team Lead to guide the daily operations of our closing team. You will supervise paralegals and virtual assistants, ensure tasks are completed on time, and coordinate with the Manager to optimize workflows and training.

This role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and proficiency with our legal systems. You will mentor staff, review time records, and contribute to closing procedures while maintaining collaborative communication with

• Strong working knowledge of legal closing workflows, case management systems, task management, and quality review practices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily team presence by checking in with the full team at least once each day and confirming priority needs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for task questions, CMS issues, workload concerns, and paralegal‑related issues; escalate to Manager when needed.
• Update the out-of-office calendar for call‑outs and coordinate communication with the Manager or lead.
• Review and approve virtual assistant Timeproof records and timecards; assist with Manager's timecard process.
• Conduct weekly one‑on‑one meetings with virtual assistants to review reporting and task lists; reinforce Lawboards adoption.
• Deliver Outlook training and coordinate trainer scheduling with Manager approval.
• Participate in candidate interviews as requested.
• Review initial DSBs for new closers and provide timely feedback.
• Review reduction letters for new closers and provide feedback; coordinate backup support.
• Pull the Closing SRL report weekly and identify potential case closures with Manager.
• Draft and update Closing procedures for management review and approval.
• Contribute to bi‑monthly team meetings with insights from weekly one‑on‑ones; backup to Manager when needed.
• Communicate completion of requests and escalate when more support is needed.
