D.R. Horton, Inc. in Honolulu is seeking a Closing Coordinator (Temporary) to manage all closing duties, prepare closing packages, and coordinate with lenders, buyers, and title teams.

The role supports timely closings and accurate documentation for homebuyers and construction management. You will review disclosures, coordinate with mortgage and title companies, and ensure all closing paperwork is filed properly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Attention to detail with multitasking.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• MS Office and email proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain closing packages.
• Obtain expected closing dates from construction management for all contracts.
• Communicate with lenders, title, sales team and home buyers to ensure timely closings.
• File original closing disclosures, plans, lender letters, etc., and review them prior to closing.
• Process and file purchase agreement.
• Review closing paperwork and contracts.
• Coordinate with mortgage and title companies, attorney offices to set home buyer closing appointments.
• Ensure home buyer is notified of closing dates scheduled.
• Distribute Stage Reports to construction management and update dates in systems.
• File all closing documents in the lot file.
• Conduct all business professionally to serve customers and company goodwill.
• Ability to work overtime.
