Role Responsibilities:

• Leverage real estate brokerage expertise to evaluate how large language models (LLMs) interpret, reason through, and respond to real estate legal and transactional scenarios.
• Provide insights based on your experience in residential, commercial, or mixed‑use properties.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Currently based in the US.
• Strong professional experience in real estate brokerage, leasing, or client representation.
• Experience in roles such as Real Estate Broker, Sales Agent, Leasing Agent, Tenant Representative, Closing Specialist, or Rental Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, property valuation, negotiation, and transaction management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proven background in deal structuring, tenant or buyer representation, or investment property transactions.
• Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
