Position: Literature Specialist (Evaluate Narrative and Thematic Comprehension for AI Models)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to literary and narrative analysis prompts.
• Assess understanding of character development, symbolism, and thematic coherence.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on interpretive accuracy and emotional insight.
• Identify misreadings or logical gaps in AI comprehension of literary nuance.
