Job summary

Shell Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller at the La Porte, TX branch. The role involves processing member transactions, maintaining cash drawers, and delivering friendly, accurate service Monday through Friday 1:00pm-7:30pm and Saturdays 7:30am-1:00pm.

You will uphold Bank Secrecy Act requirements, complete annual training, and support cross-selling of credit union products while adhering to all branch policies and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Six months cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products.
• Professional verbal communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ten-key calculator and basic computer skills.
• Accurate with numbers and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet Shell FCU service commitments and Creed.
• Process member transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with training new staff.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with BSA and branch procedures.
• Support rotating opening/closing and Saturday schedule.
