As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and guide others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Able to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them
• Able to perform cleaning duties, lift up to 50 lbs., and tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for most of the shift
