Job summary

Brown Jug Tudor in Anchorage seeks a Closing Sales Lead to engage customers, build baskets, and educate shoppers about wine, beer, and spirits. The Tudor store (3561 East Tudor Road) offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.

Pay is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour for closing shifts, with potential increases over $30.00. Candidates must be 21+, have strong communication, and retail or related customer service experience, plus the possibility to obtain an Alcohol Server Card

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and staff.
• Knowledge or interest in wine, beer, and/or spirits.
• Retail sales experience or related customer service training is a plus.
• Alcohol Server Card can be obtained after your job offer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage them to identify shopping needs.
• Build the basket by recommending additional items.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns.
• Motivate and energize sales associates to deliver great service.
• Educate customers on promotions, Brown Jug features, and the wine club.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and tagged.
• Support store management as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
