Responsibilities

• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Motivate staff to deliver great customer service.
• Educate customers on promotions, wine club, and product features.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, stocking and tagging.
• Support store management as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
