Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Green Valley, IL is seeking a Restaurant Cook to work with health-minded teammates in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. You will produce menu items according to recipes and follow food safety guidelines to ensure quality.

You will support the Bistro and LifeCafe operations, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and help manage the flow of food production across stations, with requirements including ServSafe within 90 days and CPR/AED within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality of ingredients while preparing food
