Jobot is seeking a Closing Paralegal / Real Estate Closer in Columbia, SC to manage the full real estate transaction cycle from contract to post-closing. The role requires 2+ years of closing experience and a paralegal education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate closing experience (5 years ideal).
• Experience managing residential or commercial transactions from contract through post-closing.

• Communicate proactively with all parties to keep closings on track and resolve any issues that arise.
• Utilize closing software such as SoftPro, ResWare, or Qualia to manage transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a real estate closing environment
• Minimum 2 years of real estate closing experience, with 5 years being ideal
• Experience managing residential or commercial transactions from contract through post-closing
• Strong working knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements, deeds, and loan documentation
• Familiarity with SoftPro, ResWare, Qualia, or similar closing software is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with lenders, agents, and legal counsel
