Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Newton Grove, NC seeks a Closing Manager to lead our night shift on a 40-hour schedule. The role starts between 2-5pm, with Fri/Sat/Sun as expected shifts, and requires strong leadership and guest-focused service.

We close buildings at 11pm on Fri/Sat and 10pm Sun-Thu; benefits begin after 6 months, with paid vacation and opportunities for overtime for top performers.

Job description

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
