Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a Closing Manager to lead the closing shift, 5 days per week, with 2-5pm start range and Fri/Sat/Sun as expected shifts. The role caps at 40 hours per week, with potential overtime for top performers, and benefits after 6 months.

Expect hands-on leadership and a focus on customer service and nightly shutdowns. Qualified candidates have restaurant leadership experience, drive-thru familiarity, and a commitment to high standards of operation, food

• Able to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job description

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm, Fri/Sat/Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday, this role will be at 40 hours or perhaps slightly above.

Closing Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.
• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat
