The Pinnacle Chick-fil-A in Bristol, TN is seeking a Closing Team Member for the evening shift to wrap up daily operations, manage end-of-day tasks, and help ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day.

No experience required; you’ll receive comprehensive training and develop strong customer service and cash-handling skills while working in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Confident cash-handling skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-of-day food prep and help shut down kitchen stations as part of the closing shift.
• Clean and organize the kitchen and dining areas after closing.
• Cross-train across roles to help cover all evening closing duties.
• Follow all closing procedures and sanitation guidelines.
