Qualifications

• 18+ with availability for evenings and closing shifts.
• 1+ year of kitchen experience or equivalent food-prep exposure.
• Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food safely, quickly, and accurately.
• Work as a team to deliver fresh, high-quality food to every guest.
• Learn and master every kitchen position.
• Keep up with new products, promotions, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout the shift.
• Communicate with teammates and respond quickly to needs of the operation.
• Deep clean and sanitize kitchen stations during close.
• Safely shut down and clean equipment.
• Restock and prepare the kitchen for the next day.
• Follow all food safety, operational, and company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Build skills in teamwork, communication, time management, and leadership.
