Job Overview

As a Closing Coordinator, you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process. This is a temporary, contract position through Summer 2025. All equipment will be provided for remote work, and training will be conducted remotely.

Responsibilities

1. Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.
2. Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to gather necessary information for settlement.
3. Maintain organization and communication among involved parties.
4. Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers.
5. Guide clients and agents through each step of the process, leveraging your customer service experience and real estate knowledge.

Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of title industry experience, especially in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Qualia, Tableau, Google Drive.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service background with title and/or real estate knowledge.
