Overview

Title Forward, a subsidiary of Redfin, aims to modernize the title and settlement industry by blending technology, customer service, and automation to create a seamless experience for buyers and sellers. We are assembling a team of innovative professionals to build a new kind of national title agency.

Role Responsibilities

• Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.
• Collaborate with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to gather necessary information for settlement.
• Maintain organization and communication among involved parties.
• Provide quotes and explanations regarding settlement processes and title insurance to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service, guiding clients and agents through each step of the process.

Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the title industry, especially in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Qualia, Tableau, Google Drive.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of real estate and title processes.

Additional Details

This is a temporary, contract position through Summer 2025. All equipment and remote training will be provided.
