You will act as the operational anchor of the loan closing process, coordinating multifamily and single-family developments from commitment to closing while maintaining thorough records and adherence to VHFA standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–4 years in loan closings or real estate transactions.
• Experience with loan closing processes or affordable housing finance.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate single-family and multifamily closings to schedule and complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate closing files and ensure timely handoffs to post-closing teams.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, and open items, escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, developers, and internal teams to align on deliverables.
