Job summary

Florida Agency Network seeks an experienced Title Closer to join our Tampa team. You will prepare closing documents, coordinate with all parties, and ensure closings are accurate, timely, and professional.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years in title insurance processing and closing with a strong understanding of Florida escrow procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and Softpro is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in title insurance processing and closing.
• Comprehensive understanding of Florida title insurance, escrow and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and close real estate transactions.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documents with accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve title issues and discrepancies in a timely manner and with clear communication.
• Ensure all title and closing requirements are met prior to closing.
• Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.
• Stay current with industry regulations, best practices and credit hours.

The Title Closer will be responsible for preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the closing process and ensuring that closings are completed accurately, on time and with professionalism.
