Job summary

Closet Factory of Westchester is seeking an in-home Designer to design, quote and close on projects that transform living spaces. You will meet clients in their homes, create layouts, and present quotes with a flexible schedule and commission-based earnings.

We offer paid training, a supportive team, and a competitive commission structure with mileage reimbursement and employee discounts. Reside in Westchester County, NY, or Fairfield County, CT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience; in-home sales a plus.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Strong math skills and ability to design and quote.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a full commission environment.
• Able to reside in Westchester County NY or Fairfield County CT.
• Proficient with common computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, quote and close on projects that transform spaces.
• Meet clients in their homes and assess space needs.
• Take measurements and create accurate layouts.
• Present quotes and help clients choose finishes and options.
• Follow up to finalize sales and coordinate next steps.

That means you will be meeting clients in their homes. Our Designers have the flexibility to set their own schedule. We provide qualified preset appointments around your availability.

We transform spaces ranging from closets to custom entertainment centers. In this position, you will be responsible to design, quote and close on projects that will transform rooms into attractive and functional living spaces.
