Job summary

Closet Factory is seeking a Designer for in-home sales. You will meet clients in their homes, design, quote and close on projects that transform rooms into attractive and functional living spaces.

You set your own schedule with company-provided appointments, no cold calling, and a commission-based pay structure with bonuses, paid training, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, in-home sales experience a plus.
• Superior problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
• Must reside in Westchester County, NY or Fairfield County, CT.
• Must possess solid math skills and be customer service oriented.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a full commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, quote and close on projects that transform rooms into living spaces.
• Meet clients in their homes and guide project design from concept to completion.
• Participate in a commission-based pay structure with bonuses and training.
• Manage appointments and work with company-provided preset schedules.
