Job summary

AM50 Law Firm in New York seeks a CLO Associate to join its Structured Finance team. This role offers exposure to high‑quality CLO transactions, along with a collegial, fast‑paced environment and strong training opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of structured finance experience, with significant CLO exposure, and a proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage multiple deals simultaneously. NY Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of structured finance experience
• Significant exposure to CLOs and/or middle‑market leveraged loans
• Bar admission in New York
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring, execution and closing of CLO transactions, focusing on middle‑market leveraged loans
• Collaborate with arrangers, managers, investors and issuers on deal documentation and regulatory matters
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Manage multiple transactions concurrently in a team environment
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
