Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in structured credit/CLOs or securitization.
• Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired.
• Candidates should have strong analytical, client-facing, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Join deal teams in the Structured Credit CLO practice and support matter execution.
• Maintain extensive client contact and contribute to deal origination and closing processes.
