Job summary

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's U.S. Structured Finance team seeks an associate with 2–8 years of experience focused on CLOs and middle‑market leveraged loans, to join a fast‑paced, collaborative group.

You will advise on CLO structuring, execution and closing, interact with arrangers, managers, investors and issuers, and manage multiple transactions concurrently. Candidates must be a member of the Bar in a U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in structured finance, with CLO exposure.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines.
• Member of the Bar in a U.S. state and able to satisfy jurisdiction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring, execution and closing of CLO transactions.
• Work with arrangers, managers, investors and issuers on deal documentation and regulatory matters.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
