Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services seeks a CLO Trust Reporting Analyst to support trust reporting, collateral data reconciliation, compliance testing, and investor reporting. You will handle multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to CLO/CDO products.

The role involves reading indentures, mapping cash flows, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely reports. Hybrid schedule; Chicago, IL location; not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply trust indentures and related documents for reporting.
• Translate indenture language into report specs and cash flow logic.
• Set up and maintain payment calculations and reporting structures.
• Receive, map, reconcile, and validate collateral activity data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports.
