Our client is seeking an experienced CLO Operations professional to support settlement and operational functions across their structured credit platform. This is a hands on role for someone with strong CLO experience, ideally coming from a buy side or sell side firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of CLO Operations experience and be comfortable working across settlements, indentures, and core structured credit workflows in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CLO operations including trade settlements and post trade processing
• Work with CLO indentures and related documentation
• Reconcile trades, positions, and cash movements across CLO vehicles
• Partner with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve breaks and discrepancies
• Support investor reporting and operational data accuracy as needed
• Assist with ad hoc operational and project based work
