This role leads the discovery, analysis, and design of end-to-end onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to measurable business outcomes. Hybrid work model between office and home.

Qualifications

• Experience in business architecture, process mapping, and operating model development.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional business, product, technology, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate strategy and process insights into actionable delivery outcomes.
• Experience managing complex workstreams in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Align discovery and design work to enterprise strategy, priorities, OKRs, architecture principles, and technology standards.
• Lead current- and target-state process mapping across onboarding, KYC, and lifecycle activities.
• Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, manual touchpoints, and automation opportunities.
• Translate process insights into product requirements, features, backlogs, and target-state process designs.
• Identify dependencies across CLM domains and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive client journeys.
