Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a remote CLM platform lead to own the Sirion CLM roadmap and drive cross-functional governance, adoption, and value realization across the organization. You will onboard new verticals, geographies, contract types, user groups, and operating units, and define functional designs, training materials, and adoption playbooks.

This role emphasizes AI-driven automation, stakeholder engagement across legal, procurement, finance, and IT, and continuous improvement of the CLM

Responsibilities

• Own Sirion CLM post-implementation roadmap: enhancements, releases, adoption, governance, maturity, reporting, value realization.
• Lead onboarding of new verticals, geographies, contract types, user groups, and operating units onto Sirion CLM.
• Set up and run a CLM competency center with governance, design guidance, standards, configuration oversight, user enablement, reporting support, and continuous improvement.
• Engage legal, procurement, sales, finance, compliance, IT, and stakeholders to gather enhancement needs, prioritize demand, define business cases, and convert requirements into change initiatives.
• Own functional solution design for enhancements across contract intake, authoring, clause/template management, negotiation, approvals, e-signature, repository, obligations, reporting, dashboards, renewals, and post-signature governance.
• Translate enhancement requirements into functional design documents, configuration workbooks, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, release plans, training materials, and adoption playbooks.
• Guide internal tech teams, Sirion vendor teams, SI partners, and support teams on configuration, integration, data, workflow, access, reporting, and release decisions.
• Identify and implement AI-led automation opportunities across intake, template selection, clause recommendation, third-party review, metadata extraction, obligation tracking, risk flagging, analytics, and portfolio insights.
• Drive platform adoption, change management, training, user communications, usage tracking, governance forums, issue prioritization, and benefits measurement across business units.
• Act as internal CLM product owner and domain leader to evolve the platform in line with business strategy, compliance needs, UX expectations, and AI-enabled transformation goals.
