Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a CLM Data Analyst to support a large non-profit healthcare organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Center of Excellence. The role focuses on data monitoring, governance-aligned reporting, repository management, and operational analytics to ensure complete and accurate contract data.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in data analysis or contract operations, with proficiency in CLM platforms and Workday integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of data analysis or contract operations experience.
• Experience with enterprise systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Experience with CLM platforms and Workday Sourcing/Workday CLM.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract lifecycle activities, SLAs, renewals, and compliance metrics.
• Maintain contract repository integrity and governance.
• Develop dashboards and operational metrics for CLM leadership.
• Support data-driven decision making and visibility into contract performance and trends.
• Partner with governance specialists and stakeholders to improve data quality and processes.
