Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a BHT Clinician for our Rehabilitation Program in Phoenix, AZ. You will work directly with clients to identify rehabilitation goals and engage them in skills building, employment, and vocational activities.

Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, crisis management, and group facilitation. A strong commitment to compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1.5 years of relevant behavioral health experience; OR an associate/bachelor degree in behavioral health.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain one.
• Current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month MVR.
• TB test must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support clients' rehabilitation goals through skills building, employment and vocational activities.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans; manage caseload and crisis situations.
• Facilitate groups and document progress toward treatment goals; coordinate care with clinical teams, families, and community supports.
